Before using our services, please review the following policies:
Cancellation/Rescheduling: Clients must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment for cancellation or rescheduling.
Refunds: No refunds will be provided for cancellations.
No refunds will be given for services rendered or products purchased.
Exchanges: Exchanges are only permitted in cases of allergy to the product.
Defective products may be exchanged within 7 days for the same product only.
Late Arrival: Late arrival for a treatment will result in a shortened treatment time.
The treatment will conclude at the initially scheduled time.
Support Animals: Customers with a support animal may enter the spa, but a valid certificate must be presented.
Children Welcome: While we recommend a calm and solitary experience, we understand that sometimes it’s not possible to get a babysitter.
Kids are welcome, but please consider the nature of the spa experience.
